Thanks!

I’ve just seen this on Maxim Magazine (England):

“We’ve got five Xbox 360 FIFA 08 copies of this brilliant game to give away! Just email your details to webmaster.maxim@dennis.co.uk and we’ll enter you into our giveaway draw. Closing date: 17 October 2007.”

If anyone here wins, let me know. I guess it’s only applicable to people in UK.

From www.fifa08.de:

Today we have new information about the league composition of the upcoming FIFA 08. It has been already anncounced, that FIFA 08 will contain 30 leagues now, that means 3 leagues more than FIFA07!

Now it is not offically confirmend, but rated as truthful that:

Gambrinus Liga (Czech Republic)
FAI Eircom League (Ireland)
A-League (Australia)

will be those 3 new leagues. All these leagues will be available on all platforms aswell as NextGen (X360 & PS3). The hopes and wishes of many German fans to include the Regionalliga in FIFA did not became true, at least this year.

The Football Association of Ireland and Electronic Arts (EA) will formally announce next week that eircom League of Ireland sides will be represented for the first time in world football’s flagship Fifa ’08 videogame.

The FAI and EA are due to confirm the announcement on Monday afternoon (June 11th) in Dublin’s Temple Bar.

Several established eircom League of Ireland players will be present, including Cork City’s Liam Kearney, Bohemians captain Kevin Hunt, Derry City star Pat McCourt, Drogheda United’s Shane Robinson, Alan Murphy of Galway United, Shamrock Rovers skipper Aidan Price and reigning FAI Player of the Year, St Patrick’s Athletic ace Joseph Ndo.

Fifa 08, Europe’s biggest selling football game, is set to be released this autumn to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, DS, PC, mobile and Wii.
